CraftCrash: A Conference for Creative Entrepreneurs

Welcome to CraftCrash, the creative business conference that’s equal parts professional development and grown-up summer camp for makers, artists, and creative entrepreneurs. CraftCrash will take over downtown Woodstock, GA in February 2027, nestled just 30 minutes north of Atlanta.

Spend your days at this creative business conference learning from seasoned peers, swapping ideas with fellow creatives, building meaningful connections in hands-on workshops, and picking up practical tools to grow your business. Spend your nights laughing with your people, making memories, and rediscovering why you fell in love with creating in the first place.

Why a Crash? A gathering of rhinos is called a crash, so it only seemed fitting that a gathering of our creative community would be called one too.

CraftCrash is the perfect event for anyone who runs a creative business or has a maker spirit that needs a jump start. Whether you’re a veteran indie crafter, a fine artist, an artsy dabbler, or a dedicated side hustler, you'll leave the creative business conference inspired, motivated, and connected to a supportive community.

Where will CraftCrash 2027 be held? 

CraftCrash will take place in downtown Woodstock, GA, one of metro-Atlanta's fastest growing suburbs. Known for its walkable downtown, locally owned shops, vibrant public art, award-winning restaurants, breweries, and welcoming small-town charm, it's a destination that mirrors the inspiration of the CraftCrash itself. 

When is it? 

CraftCrash will occur from February 18-20, 2027. 

What is the cost and what does it include? 

For $395, attendees gain access to all selected workshops, hands-on learning experiences, workshop supplies, and after-hour social events designed to spark connection and collaboration. 

Be on the lookout for our early bird discount launching in fall 2026. 

When should I register to attend? 

The sooner, the better. This conference can sell out, as we prioritize providing the best experience for attendees—think small group interactive sessions. Early registrants will also have first pick of our engaging hands-on workshops. 

Do I have to attend the full 3 days? 

No, but registration includes access to all three days. Once you secure your spot, you can tailor your experience based on your availability and interests. 

Do you offer a discount for teaching a workshop? 

Yes! Please visit our CraftCrash presenter application below for more information. We are accepting proposals through September 1, 2026. 

What are my options for hotels and meals during the conference? 

Lodging and meals are not provided; however, we'll provide a list of recommendations on this website as the Crash date nears, including discount codes for our community. 

Is parking available? 

Yes, free parking is available for all attendees. 

Are refunds available if I can’t attend? 

We regret to inform you that refunds are not available. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person up until February 1, 2027. 

Is there a virtual option? 

Currently, the CraftCrash is available only in-person.

We are now accepting workshop proposals for both hands-on workshops and artpreneur business sessions at CraftCrash 2027.  Please submit your proposals by September 1 for priority consideration.
